Happy New Year, everyone! For some time now I’ve been collecting links to websites or resources that I thought would be helpful and handy for anyone who is a little veg-curious or flirting with the idea of switching to a vegan diet in 2015.
There are so many great articles, websites, starter kits, and more all around the web and in bookstores that I am sure I can’t gather them all in one place.
But that’s where you come in.
If you know of a resource that isn’t on this list, please let me know about it in the comments below and I will happily add it. The more we work together, the more we can help others, human and non-human alike.
Websites:

Plantz Culinary Boot Camp Training in your kitchen to help you make wholesome, whole-foods, gluten-free, oil-free, sugar-free, plant-based meals via online cooking videos and demos, coaching calls, practice recipes, and more.

Meetup (Search for a vegan meetup in your area)
Meal Delivery Services/Meal Plans:
Forks Over Knives Meal Delivery (This brand new service just started up as of January 2015 — yay! Whole-foods, low-fat, plant-based meal prepared by a chef and delivered to you. See the website for delivery areas.)

What, now they have vegan starter kits?
I wish those were around when I first went vegan.
But, then again, doing it the hard way when there weren’t even Boca burgers yet made it more satisfying.

Hi!! You make a great point about the satisfaction of it. I’m always in awe of people who went vegan before the modern food conveniences and options we have today. It shows a true commitment to the vegan lifestyle–that’s awesome. Good on you!
